nBus (+Metro)

Travel is subject to the published terms and conditions relating to Bus (and Metro) operators’ services and facilities, which are available for inspection at the head offices of the appropriate companies.

The following conditions also apply:

  • Valid on local bus services in the West Midlands County run by operators in the nBus Scheme.
  • Not valid on night buses or certain other special services.
  • For times of availability please see current conditions of issue.
  • This pass does not give priority over other passengers and can only be used in conjunction with a valid photocard.
  • The pass is to be produced on every journey. If not so produced, ordinary fares must be paid which are not refundable.
  • The pass will be rendered invalid if altered or defaced.
  • This pass remains the property of the West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA), 16 Summer Lane, Birmingham, B19 3SD and may be withdrawn by any operator or the WMCA if misused.

nNetwork

Travel on train services is subject to the National Conditions of Carriage for rail operators, and the published terms and conditions relating to Bus and Metro operators’ services which are available for inspection at the head offices of appropriate companies.

The following conditions also apply:

  • Valid on local bus services in the West Midlands County run by operators in the nNetwork Scheme, and Midland Metro.
  • Not valid on night buses or certain special services.
  • Valid on rail services in the Zones in the West Midlands County run by operators in the nnetwork Scheme in Standard Accommodation.
  • For times of availability, please see current conditions of issue.
  • This pass does not give priority over other passengers.
  • The pass is to be produced on every journey, if not so produced, ordinary fares must be paid that are not refundable.
  • The pass will be rendered invalid if altered, mutilated or defaced.
  • The pass remains the property of the West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA), 16 Summer Lane, Birmingham, B19 3SD and may be withdrawn by the operator or WMCA if misused.

nNetwork Scholars – 1, 2 and 3 Term

Issued subject to the terms and conditions of participating operators’ services and facilities.

The following conditions also apply:

  • Valid on participating operators buses, local rail (standard class) and Metro services in the West Midlands County only.
  • Valid Mondays to Fridays during school terms only.
  • Not valid during holiday periods.
  • Valid for journeys to and from school and in conjunction with the school curriculum, no later than 10.15pm.
  • This ticket does not give priority over other passengers.
  • This ticket must be carried by the holder on every journey otherwise the appropriate fare must be paid which will not be refundable.
  • Altered or defaced passes are not valid.
  • This ticket remains the property of the West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA), 16 Summer Lane, Birmingham, B19 3SD, and may be withdrawn if misused.

NX Term (+Metro)

Use is subject to West Midlands Travel’s (WMT) terms and conditions. T&Cs are available from National Express West Midlands.

The following conditions also apply:

  • This travel pass is only valid in the designated areas if used with WMT or West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA) photocard of the holder.
  • Altered or defaced passes are not valid.
  • This travel pass can be inspected at any time on services operated by National Express West Midlands and National Express Coventry.
  • The pass remains the property of West Midlands Travel Ltd and may be withdrawn if misused.

NX Scholars – 1, 2 and 3 Term

Use is subject to West Midlands Travel’s (WMT) terms and conditions. T&Cs are available from National Express West Midlands.

The following conditions also apply:

  • Valid until the date shown on the ticket in the designated areas for journeys to and from school in connection with the school curriculum, no later than 22:15 hrs.
  • Valid Monday to Fridays during school term only.
  • Not valid on Saturdays, Sundays or during holiday periods.
  • This travel pass is only valid in the designated areas if used with WMT or the West Midlands Combined Authority photocard of the holder.
  • The ticket remains the property of West Midlands Travel Ltd and may be withdrawn if misused.
