Accessible transport

Everyone should be able to access public transport in the West Midlands.

We provide information for people who have accessibility needs. We also help people get around the network.

We work with operators to raise awareness about disabilities. We help to train staff to help people with accessibility needs.

We also provide accessible customer services. We talk to disabled people to make sure our buildings and services are easy to use.

The Equality Team is in charge of transport accessibility. It’s part of the West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA). You can contact the team for more information.
